Discord Bot

The RPG Sessions Discord Bot connects your Discord server to RPG Sessions. Use it to roll dice, view characters, track initiative, and synchronize supported game table events from a Discord channel.

Getting Started

Section titled “Getting Started”

Set up the bot in this order:

  1. Introduction: Learn what the bot can do and how to use it
  2. Add the Bot: Invite the bot to your Discord server
  3. Connect Your Account: Link your RPG Sessions account to access your characters

Key Features

  • Dice Rolling: Roll narrative dice and calculate the result in Discord
  • Character Management: View and share character sheets, stats, and abilities
  • Initiative Tracking: Manage the turn order during an encounter
  • Game Table Sync: Connect your Discord server to an RPG Sessions game table
  • In-Character Messages: Send messages using a character’s name and portrait
